These include, but are not limited to, fax-to-email, SMS messaging, and voice telephony services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 \u2013 Globtel\u2019s services are accessible via our official websites at www.globtel.biz and lumisim.com, and via official Globtel mobile applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-2-duration-of-the-contract-and-right-of-withdrawal\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 2 \u2013 Duration Of The Contract And Right Of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 \u2013 This contract becomes effective upon the activation of any service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 \u2013 For services subject to a paid subscription, the contract duration aligns with the validity period of the purchased plan and may be automatically renewed upon the customer\u2019s express request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 \u2013 For pay-as-you-go services, the contract duration continues until the balance is fully used or expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 \u2013 Free services may be terminated by either the customer or Globtel at any time without incurring charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.5 \u2013 Globtel may terminate paid services at its discretion, with at least seven days\u2019 notice, and will refund unused prepaid service periods or remaining credits. Immediate termination may occur without notice in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or abnormal usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.6 \u2013 Customers may cancel paid services with seven days\u2019 notice. Fees for periods already used remain payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-3-access-requirements\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 3 \u2013 Access Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 \u2013 An active Internet connection is required for using Globtel services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 \u2013 For services involving email delivery, a valid email address is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 \u2013 For telephony or messaging services where sender identification is required, customers must complete validation on www.globtel.biz or lumisim.com. Globtel may suspend or deny services in the absence of such validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4 \u2013 Pay-as-you-go services require advance payment via top-up, which is debited as usage occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5 \u2013 In the case of services based on eSIM technology, an active Internet connection is essential for completing the eSIM installation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.6 \u2013 Activation typically takes place within minutes, up to a maximum of three business days. Delays entitle the customer to request a refund within 15 days via email to support@globtel.biz. Any compensation will be issued as account credit or, upon request, by bank transfer. No compensation is provided for free services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-4-access-credentials\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 4 \u2013 Access Credentials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 \u2013 Access credentials will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 \u2013 The customer must safeguard their credentials and is solely responsible for any misuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-5-telephone-numbers\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 5 \u2013 Telephone Numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 \u2013 Globtel may assign personal telephone numbers to customers for receiving calls and related services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2 \u2013 Using Globtel solely to obtain a number for porting to another network is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3 \u2013 Numbers will remain assigned throughout the contract unless prevented by technical limitations, regulatory requirements, or non-compliance with payment obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.4 \u2013 Globtel reserves the right to reassign numbers after contract termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.5 \u2013 Number portability is permitted under applicable regulations. Successful porting terminates Globtel\u2019s associated services. Restoring prior service may require a new agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.6 \u2013 For jurisdictions requiring proof of residence, number activation may be delayed pending verification by local authorities, which may take up to two weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-6-telephone-line-usage\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 6 \u2013 Telephone LINE Usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 \u2013 Assigned numbers support a maximum of two simultaneous calls. Exceeding this limit results in a busy signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2 \u2013 Line congestion may cause busy signals despite Globtel\u2019s best efforts to avoid this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3 \u2013 Customised line usage thresholds may be agreed upon in separate contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-7-support\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 7 \u2013 Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1 \u2013 Support is available via live chat, telephone, and email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2 \u2013 Globtel does not provide support for third-party software that we do not supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-8-right-of-withdrawal\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 8 \u2013 Right Of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1 \u2013 Consumers may withdraw from this contract within 14 days by emailing cancel@globtel.biz and including a contact number and bank details for reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.2 \u2013 By activating services during the withdrawal period, the customer agrees that Globtel may charge for services rendered up to the time of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-9-prices-and-payment-methods\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 9 \u2013 Prices And Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>9.1 \u2013 Prices are listed at www.globtel.biz or at lumisim.com and in official applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.2 \u2013 Activation occurs upon receipt of payment, including all applicable activation and periodic fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.3 \u2013 Renewal of services is available before expiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.4 \u2013 Payments may be made using the payment methods listed on our website and in official applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.5 \u2013 Invoices are issued post-payment and are available in the customer portal. Invoices sent by email are considered electronic invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-10-customer-obligations\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 10 \u2013 Customer Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>10.1 \u2013 Services may not be used for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in immediate suspension without compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.2 \u2013 Arbitrage or exploiting traffic for personal or third-party gain (e.g., self-topping or use of premium numbers) is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.3 \u2013 Resale of Globtel services is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.4 \u2013 The customer remains responsible for how third parties use their services and acknowledges that Globtel may monitor detailed call records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.5 \u2013 In the event of abnormal traffic or fraud suspicion, Globtel may suspend access without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.6 \u2013 Globtel may revoke service if used contrary to laws regulating call centre operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-11-limitation-of-liability\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 11 \u2013 Limitation Of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>11.1 \u2013 Globtel is not liable for interruptions, errors, or delays in service except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.2 \u2013 Globtel has no control over public telecom infrastructure and disclaims liability for related errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.3 \u2013 Globtel is not liable for delays in email delivery once messages are handed over to third-party SMTP servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.4 \u2013 Globtel is not liable if the public network fails to reach the customer\u2019s email servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.5 \u2013 Globtel is not responsible for VoIP configuration or compatibility issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.6 \u2013 Customers shall indemnify Globtel against all liability regarding the content of calls and messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.7 \u2013 Reassignment of previously used numbers is permitted and does not incur liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.8 \u2013 The customer is responsible for compliance and shall indemnify Globtel against any penalties or third-party claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-12-confidentiality-amp-data-protection\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 12 \u2013 Confidentiality &amp; Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>12.1 \u2013 Globtel will not intercept or access message or call content, except where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.2 \u2013 Customer data is processed to deliver services and fulfill legal obligations. By entering into a contract with Globtel, the customer acknowledges that Globtel may send service-related communications (e.g., invoices, balance alerts). Marketing communications regarding similar products or services may be sent to existing customers where permitted by law, provided the customer is given a clear opportunity to opt-out at the time of data collection and in every subsequent message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.3 \u2013 Globtel provides voicemail and SMS archiving services, acting as a data processor on the customer\u2019s behalf. Data retention is determined by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.4 \u2013 Call metadata may be retained for up to two months (or 30 days for missed calls).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-13-shipping-policy\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 13 \u2013 Shipping Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>13.1 \u2013 Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Delays due to high order volumes will be communicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.2 \u2013 Shipment confirmations with tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.3 \u2013 Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.4 \u2013 Globtel is not liable for shipping damages or losses. Claims should be filed directly with the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-14-warranty\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 14 \u2013 Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>14.1 \u2013 Globtel transfers any applicable manufacturer warranties to the customer. Globtel may choose to repair, replace, or refund defective products. Liability is limited to the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No warranty applies to products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or non-compliant installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-15-contract-amendments\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 15 \u2013 Contract Amendments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>15.1 \u2013 Globtel reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days\u2019 notice. Customers may withdraw from the contract without penalty if they disagree with the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-16-refund-policy-for-data-esim-services\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 16 \u2013 Refund Policy For Data Esim Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>16.1 \u2013 Refunds are considered in cases of: irresolvable technical issues; incorrect purchases not yet used nor installed; device incompatibility; non-activation of lifetime plans; non-receipt of purchased eSIM. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.2 \u2013 Refunds are not available if more than 1% of the data is consumed or if local laws prohibit digital refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.3 \u2013 Refunds are issued to the Globtel Wallet or to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.4 \u2013 Wallet refunds are processed within 24 hours; payment method refunds within three business days (it may take up to 30 days to appear).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.5 \u2013 Refund requests must be emailed to support@globtel.biz, including the registered email address, plan details, description, and reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.6 \u2013 Refunds are full unless deductions are legally required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.7 \u2013 This policy applies globally, subject to local law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.8 \u2013 Our support team is available by email or live chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.9 \u2013 This policy complies with applicable regulations. Disputes are governed by Globtel\u2019s general terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\" id=\"art-17-unlimited\">Art. 17 \u2013 Unlimited Data Plans (Fair Usage Policy)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>17.1 \u2013 Certain data plans are marketed as \u201cUnlimited\u201d. Unlimited plans do not include a fixed total data cap; however, they are subject to a Fair Usage Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17.2 \u2013 Each Unlimited plan includes a specified amount of high-speed data, as described in the plan details at the time of purchase. Once the high-speed data threshold is reached within the applicable validity period, data speeds may be reduced for the remainder of that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17.3 \u2013 The applicable high-speed threshold and any reduced speeds are specified in the individual plan description. Network speeds may also vary depending on coverage, country, device compatibility, and network conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17.4 \u2013 Any attempt to circumvent speed restrictions or fair usage controls may result in suspension or termination of the Service without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"art-18-marketing-and-promotions\" class=\"wp-block-heading lumi-guten-h2\">Art. 18 \u2013 Marketing And Promotions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>18.1 \u2013 Consent-Based Marketing: Globtel may send promotional materials regarding new products, discounts, or partner offers only to users who have provided explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18.2 \u2013 Existing Customer Exception: Notwithstanding Art. 17.1, and in accordance with applicable &#8220;soft opt-in&#8221; regulations, Globtel may contact existing customers via email regarding products or services similar to those already purchased, provided the customer has not previously opted out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18.3 \u2013 Right to Withdraw: Customers have the right to withdraw marketing consent at any time. This can be done by: Clicking the &#8220;Unsubscribe&#8221; link in any promotional email. Adjusting notification settings within the Globtel or Lumisim mobile applications. Sending a request to support@globtel.biz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18.4 \u2013 Data Use for Marketing: Marketing data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
